I started Lae at my kitchen table in 2020, during the first lockdown, making bracelets for friends and family. Now I handcraft every piece myself in my studio in Four Crosses, on the border of Shropshire and Wales.
Most weeks you'll find me at a craft fair around Shropshire. You don't need to visit one to have a bracelet made: choose your stones here, and I'll make yours to order and post it to you.

I make every bracelet myself and often post it the next working day after you order. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class the next working day and 2nd Class within three working days.
Need it by a certain date? Tell me the date in ‘Anything I should know?’ before you add your bracelet to your basket, then choose 1st Class or 1st Class Tracked & Signed at checkout. Already added it? Email me the date at lucy@laejewellery.com.
Measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, then choose the bracelet about 1 cm bigger. A 14.5 cm wrist suits Extra Small (15.5 cm), 15.5 cm suits Small (16.5 cm), 16.5 cm suits Medium (17.5 cm), 17.5 cm suits Large (18.5 cm) and 18.5 cm suits Extra Large (19.5 cm).

Yes. I thread your stones in the order you set in ‘Your stones’. If there's anything else you'd like, tell me in ‘Anything I should know?’ before you add your bracelet to your basket, and I'll follow it.
Yes. Click a stone again to add another. The counter beside ‘Your stones’ shows how many you've chosen, up to 8.
One bracelet holds up to 8 stones. For a bigger family, make two bracelets to wear together, or email me and I'll help you plan it.
Sterling silver is solid 925 silver. Gold filled has a thicker layer of gold than plating, without the cost of solid gold. It isn't solid gold.
Royal Mail 2nd Class is £1.55, 1st Class is £2.90 and 1st Class Tracked & Signed is £5.49. UK delivery is free on orders of £100 or more (after any discounts), sent Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed. You choose your delivery option at checkout.
Because each bracelet is made to your design, personalised pieces can't be returned. If yours arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact me straight away and I'll put it right. The full terms are in my refund policy.
Every piece has a 2-month warranty: I'll repair or replace it free of charge. After that, I can repair accidental damage for a charge. For restringing, email lucy@laejewellery.com.
